WHAT YOU’LL DO
Depending on placement, you may be trained and placed into:
- Sales roles (inside or field)
- Client-facing operator positions
- Performance-based leadership tracks
You’ll be evaluated on:
- Output
- Coachability
- Consistency
- Execution under pressure
This is not hourly work.
This is not remote lifestyle content turned into a job.
COMPENSATION
- Entry-level performers typically earn $60K–$90K/year
- Strong performers earn $100K–$200K+
- Top operators move into leadership, overrides, or placement leverage
Compensation is performance-driven and uncapped.
